Refund policy

1. Overview
At BHRAM, every piece is made with intent, care, and attention to detail.
We take great pride in the quality of our garments and each one passes multiple rounds of inspection before it reaches you. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

This policy outlines when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges can be requested, ensuring fairness to both our customers and our brand.

2. Returns & Refunds
We currently accept returns and offer refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as “change of mind,” “size doesn’t fit,” or “didn’t like the product.”

Eligible cases for return/refund:
Product received is damaged or defective.
Product received is incorrect (wrong item, color, or size sent).
The product has a manufacturing fault (e.g., Damaged fabric like holes or cut, misprint).

Conditions for eligibility:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must share clear photos/videos of the defect or issue via email at bhram.business@gmail.com.

Our quality control team will verify the claim before approving the return.
If approved, you will receive:
A replacement of the same product (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days).

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We understand sizing can be tricky, so we offer a one-time size exchange for your order — subject to stock availability.

Exchange Conditions:
You must initiate the exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will ship your requested size. If your preferred size is out of stock, you can choose another product of equal value.

To avoid misuse:
We do not accept exchanges for heavily used, damaged, or washed products. Any product showing signs of wear, perfume, or alteration will be rejected immediately. Repeated exchange requests from the same customer may be flagged and limited.

4. Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Sale/discounted items
Customized or limited-edition products
Gift cards or store credits.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at bhram.business@gmail.com with your order ID, issue description, and product photos.

Wait for confirmation from our team (usually within 48 hours). Upon receiving and verifying the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund as applicable. Please note that the exchange shipping charges will be Rs.100/-
