1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped. During new launches, restocks, or festive seasons, dispatch times may be extended slightly, we’ll always keep you informed.
2. Shipping Timelines
i. Mumbai region: 2-4 business days (Estimated Delivery Time)
ii. Other Major Metros: 4-7 business days (Estimated Delivery Time)
iii. Rest of India: 7-9 business days (Estimated Delivery Time)
iv. Remote Areas / North East / J&K: 10-12 business days (Estimated Delivery Time)

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders, awsome right?!
COD (Cash on Delivery)? Yeah those too!
But for Exchange shipping charges will be Rs.100/-
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time through our delivery partner’s portal. If tracking details aren’t active immediately, please allow 24 hours for courier systems to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work only with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond 12 business days, contact us at bhram.business@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate immediately. In rare cases of loss or damage during transit, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund once verified with the courier partner.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
